About

the spark

I started in uniform. Six years at the Royal Danish Naval Academy and a commission as a naval officer, while finishing an economics degree in Lithuania at the same time. That mix of discipline and curiosity has carried everything since.

the climb

More than twenty years across logistics in Shanghai, investment banking at Finasta and Nordea, my own startups in London, and eight years at Shift4, where I went from building a developer marketplace in New York to Head of AI and helped grow the Vilnius office from 40 people to over 800. Most recently I was General Manager of Zedge Lithuania.

the side quests

I believe in karma projects: giving back without expecting anything in return. FinansaiPaprastai.lt teaches financial literacy in plain Lithuanian, free and independent of any bank. Dovanokime.lt passed donated clothing to more than 10,000 people during the recession years. And there is always a community bookshelf or two.

now

I am all in on AI. It is my full-time work: I build AI products, my own and for businesses, and I consult companies that want AI to show up in their results, not just in a strategy deck. That takes three shapes. I build the solution. I run a hands-on workshop where people bring their real work. Or I get a whole workforce using AI safely and well, every day. I led AI inside global companies before this, so I know how it goes in a large organisation, not only in a demo. I work daily across Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and Gemini, so the advice is never tied to one vendor. Keynotes and the Lab below are where I show the work. Freshly back from MIT Professional Education's program on AI and business strategy.

What I do

I build AI solutions for companies, together with their people: I build it, I deploy it, and the company uses it. Consulting, to me, is not only telling a business what to do, running a workshop or inspiring a room. It is making the thing work. What a company needs to get going differs, so there is more than one way in.

A solution in use

A team names the problem it wants solved. I build a working demo with the people who know it best, so leadership sees something real before committing to anything big. Then I build the solution side by side with your person, deploy it, and hand it over once it is in use in everyday work. With AI or without it: what matters is that it works.

A pep talk

For when people still doubt, or do not know where to begin. A short, straight talk to the whole company: what AI can already do today, what it cannot, and what each person can try tomorrow. With examples I built myself.

A workshop, 2 or 4 hours

For when it is time to do, not to listen. A three-question survey beforehand, so the programme fits the room. People work on their own real tasks. You keep the recordings, the slides and a one-page prompt cheat sheet.

A two-day hackathon

For when things need to truly get going. Teams bring their own problems and, in two days, build working prototypes with AI. The strongest ones I turn into solutions the company uses.

Safe everyday use

Most employees already use AI, often with no rules at all. I help you agree which tools and which data are fine, write a short AI policy, and teach people to get better results from the tools the company already has. For boards and leadership: what changed with the EU AI Act and what to do about it this month.

The best way to start is to get in touch. I travel and work globally, depending on the project.
